A Bit About Me

After getting a Chemical Engineering B.S. from UC Berkeley, I worked at Zymergen, a start-up in the biotechnology space, where I found a love for programming while using automation and software to help solve problems in the Agricultural space.

In the fall of 2019, I studied in HackBright Academy's full-stack web development bootcamp. In two months of the course, I developed and deployed a full-stack web application using a PostgreSQL database, Flask app server, and a React front end. Check out the project repo here!

After graduating, I worked as a Solutions Engineer at Datadog. Here I learned how to serve techinical customers and became exposed to the joys and struggles of DevOps.

Today, I am a Back-end Engineer on the Platform team at Autolist.

Interests

I volunteer as a Developer to ShelterTechSF; we work to help connect individuals experiencing homelessness to resources in the SF area.

I spend my time looking for birds, writing poems, and playing board games.
